Following a change in ownership, Split Rock has sights set on a bright future with a “brand” new “attraction” by joining the renowned Bel Air Collection® of properties. Dedicated to revitalizing the resort and respecting the legacy of Lake Harmony, like Split Rock’s 75-year-old lodge; Bel Air believes in creating a balanced blend of beautiful scenery and delightful experiences.
Bel Air Owners Circle packages of services and vacation experiences help make the guest and club member enjoy their holiday to the fullest. Being part of Bel Air Collection® is more than your typical timeshare experience. Bel Air Owners Circle allows members to travel within the system of the Bel Air Collection® properties in different accommodations categories, with a range of benefits that vary according to the provisions of each guest’s contract.
We’re excited to welcome Split Rock Timeshare Owners now as part of Bel Air Owners Circle. In addition to your right to stay at Split Rock for the number or nights you have contracted, as a Bel Air Owners Circle member, for a period of time, you will have the opportunity to exchange those nights to Cabos, Vallarta, Cancun, Detroit, Mexico City, and Guadalajara.
As a member, you will also enjoy the Bel Air Welcome Delight, Sunset Corner Delight, Tea Time Delight, and Early bird Breakfast Delight.
Plus, Split Rock’s resort fee includes especially for you, upon arrival an assortment of chilled beverages in your room refrigerator, a $10 arcade card for kids and young adults under the age of 18, access to bowling, Split Rock movie theater, miniature golf (in season) and many more activities especially designed for you by our Heartbeat Team so that you enjoy your stay.
Now, Timeshare Owners can also upgrade their resort fee to an All-Inclusive Gourmet Experience that includes all meals (that’s right, breakfast, lunch AND dinner), snacks and drinks for just $60 each day for adults and $30 each child under the age of 12. Toddlers up to age 5 are free with a paid adult upgrade.

ResortCom is a reputable company in the industry with over 30 years of experience that we entrust with all our resort memberships. They provide live, accurate account information with user-friendly access to their website page to view and process payments; plus, print maintenance fees.
